Meeting the needs of an entire district when integrating technology into the classroom can be an overwhelming process with such diverse learners. The “one and done” model has been proven to be ineffective and leaving many teachers feeling lost and left behind. Providing professional development utilizing the blended learning model can meet the needs of all learners.

Developing a personalized professional development model allows teachers to gain the knowledge and skills they need at their own pace. This session will provide an understanding of the importance of blended learning for the professional teacher and how it can improve their skill level and success. Topics covered will focus on designing a blended model, accessing and creating resources, and layering in opportunities for reflection. Blended learning challenges learners at all levels while supporting them along the way.
